Order
Due to the nature and speed of Yves Rocher's fulfillment process, we are unable to change the details of your order (products or quantities) once your order has been placed and payment has been processed.
After successful payment, orders will be processed and arranged for dispatch as soon as the same day, depending on stock availability.
Under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days after dispatch. For orders to remote areas in Hong Kong, an additional 3 to 4 business days may be required for delivery.
*Orders placed before 1PM on the same day will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to order volume.
*Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping & Returns
Once the order is confirmed, no refund or return service will be provided unless the product is damaged.

Free general delivery for purchases over HK$400 (excluding gift certificates). Otherwise, a delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged for each order to Hong Kong and HK$40 for each order to Macau.
The current delivery range of the products on our website includes general residential and commercial buildings within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macau Special Administrative Region.

Our prices may vary based on market conditions and seasonal promotions without prior notice. Yves Rocher reserves the right to modify product prices and promotions at any time. Since 1989, Yves Rocher has stopped animal testing and uses alternative methods to ensure the quality of our products. Generally speaking, the brand avoids using any ingredients of animal origin, the only exception being beeswax.
We are committed to offering a wide selection of vegan products, and the majority of our products are indeed vegan. However, some of our products do contain beeswax (a secretion from honey bees) and therefore are not vegan.
When you go through the description on the online product card, you will find a complete list of the ingredients that make up the product.
Yves Rocher Member Benefits
Yves Rocher stores and online stores both have VIP membership programs. However, the membership systems of online stores and stores are currently operated separately and points cannot be used interchangeably. Please ask store staff for details
The online store VIP membership plan enjoys the following benefits:

You can register for free directly from here.
- After completing the task in the designated layout, the system will automatically earn points.

- You can earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent. The points of the order will be added to the system after the order is completed. In the event of a refund, any points earned in respect of the returned product will be deducted from the customer's account.

Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
If a customer chooses to redeem only a gift (without making a regular purchase), shipping fees will apply.
Only one member reward can be applied per order, and each order is limited to one promo code.
Promo codes redeemed through points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Reward promo codes must be used within 90 days of redemption; expired codes will no longer be valid.
Once points have been redeemed, they cannot be reversed or modified.
If the reward promo code is not entered at checkout, it cannot be applied after the order is confirmed.
- Points for 2024 and 2025 will expire on December 31, 2025 (11:59 p.m.). Please redeem the selected gifts on or before the points expiration date. Expired points will be automatically forfeited and will not be compensated.
Yves Rocher reserves the right to change, terminate or suspend the Yves Rocher official website membership program, or change the details of the program at any time, including the points earning plan and redemption rewards without prior notice or any compensation. In case of any dispute, Yves Rocher reserves the right to make the final decision.

To subscribe, simply visit the product page for any subscription eligible item, select the subscription option, and choose your preferred delivery frequency (eg Monthly, Every 3 Months). Then add the product to your cart and checkout as usual!
Once subscribed, managing your subscription is simple:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the My Subscriptions section.
- There, you can adjust the frequency, add or remove items, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription entirely.
Yes! You have full control over how often you receive your products. Once subscribed, you can easily adjust your delivery frequency or skip a delivery from your account dashboard.
Yes, we will send you an email notification a few days before each shipment. This gives you time to make last-minute adjustments, such as skipping a delivery or adjusting product quantities.
You will only be charged when your subscription order is processed and shipped. You will receive an order confirmation email each time an order is shipped.
If a product in your subscription is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you via email. You can either skip the shipment, choose a substitute product, or wait until the item is restocked. If a product is updated as part of a market strategy, your existing subscription will be automatically canceled. You may need to subscribe to the new version separately.
