Yes! Yves Rocher Hong Kong now offers delivery
service to all regions of Taiwan (some offshore islands may have restrictions).

For Taiwan orders with a net purchase
amount over NT$3,000, standard shipping is free. Otherwise, a shipping fee of NT$240 will be charged per order.

We usually process and ship orders within 1–3
working days. The estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days. Kindly note that actual delivery time may vary due to customs inspections, logistics
arrangements, and public holidays.

According to Taiwan government regulations,
overseas purchases may be subject to import taxes or customs clearance fees.

If duties are incurred, they will be borne by the recipient. Customs will notify the recipient via email or SMS. You must declare the contents and
value truthfully and settle the duties. If the required procedures are not completed within the deadline, delivery cannot be completed. Yves Rocher does not provide reshipment for such cases.

Each recipient may enjoy up to six
duty-free imports within six months. Even if a parcel’s value falls within
the tax-free limit, exceeding the six‑time allowance may still result in

Since 1989, Yves Rocher has stopped animal testing and uses alternative methods to ensure the quality of our products. Generally speaking, the brand avoids using any ingredients of animal origin, the only exception being beeswax.

We are committed to offering a wide selection of vegan products, and the majority of our products are indeed vegan. However, some of our products do contain beeswax (a secretion from honey bees) and therefore are not vegan.
