After ordering through the Try Before You Buy program, you have 3 days to try the products at home (only the shipping fee will be charged upfront; the product cost will be preauthorized and only officially charged if you decide to keep it).
You are free to incorporate the products into your daily routine and use them as you wish. If we do not receive a return request within the 3-day trial period, we will assume you are satisfied and charge the full price to your original payment method.

Your 3-day trial period will begin 4 days after you place your order.

To return your Try Before You Buy order, simply email us at order@yves-rocher.hk within the 3-day trial period to request a return label. The steps are simple:
1. Guests are required to provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number)
- Product photos (showing packaging and current usage condition)
2. After our customer service team confirms that your order meets the return conditions, we will send you the return instructions. You must ship the product back within the specified timeframe.
3. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund (excluding the HK$30 shipping fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 working days.
Return Conditions
1. The returned product must be shipped to the designated address within the specified timeframe.
2. Return requirements:
- Product must not be more than 50% used.*
- Damaged or broken products will not be accepted.
- Original packaging must be retained, including the outer box, any gifts, and the order receipt.
- Please clearly mark “Try Before You Buy Return” on the outer box.

Yves Rocher "Try Before You Buy" Campaign Terms & Conditions
Thank you for participating in Yves Rocher's "Try Before You Buy" campaign! To protect your rights, please carefully read the following terms and conditions:
1. Activity Description
"Try Before You Buy" is a limited-time trial campaign by Yves Rocher for selected products, allowing customers to try products before deciding to purchase (payment will only be charged after the trial period). If you are not satisfied, you may apply for a return and refund within the trial period.
This campaign only applies to designated products purchased during the campaign period. Each account can try each product once, and only one product can be selected per order (HK$30 shipping fee is borne by the customer and is non-refundable).
Only credit card payments are accepted, and the payment will be charged after the trial period.
2. Trial Period
Product trial period: 3 days (counting starts from the 4th day after placing the order; standard delivery takes 2 working days).
If the trial period exceeds 3 days, it will be deemed as a confirmed purchase, and the amount will be automatically charged by the system.
Note: If the customer chooses SF Express self-pickup and fails to collect the item on time, the system will consider it as signed for, and the trial period will begin.
3. Return Conditions and Procedure
Please contact Yves Rocher Customer Service within 3 days of the product trial period (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) to request a return:
- Proof of purchase (order number)
- Product photos (including packaging and usage status)
After customer service confirms that the return conditions are met, you will be provided with return instructions. The product must be sent back within the specified time.
Once the returned item passes inspection, the amount will be refunded to the original payment account within 10-14 working days (the HK$30 shipping fee is non-refundable).

4. Important Notes
- If the product is a bundle or a gift set, all items in the bundle or set must be returned together, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
- This campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (unless otherwise specified).
- Yves Rocher reserves the right to amend, terminate, or make the final interpretation of this campaign at any time.
